What is All Star Cheerleading? Check out the full history and background of all star cheerleading HERE!
All Star Cheerleading Teams are a competitive sport incorporating skills from gymnastics tumbling, dance, stunting, and jumps. Full Year All Star Teams compete against one another locally and nationally. The season runs from June to May. Competitions begin between November-January depending on the program and runs until May.
Every May, we have our Dynamic coaches evaluate each athlete by their skill level and execution of each category. Dance, jumps, tumbling, and stunting are just a few of the categories athletes are evaluated upon. Every athlete makes a team!
The ultimate goal for our full year all star teams is to achieve bids at their competitions to end their season at The U.S. Finals or The Regional Summit.
Practices for a full year Elite All Star Team are twice a week with about 6-7 competitions per season. Routines are 2.5 minutes long which will incorporate athletes to perform jumps, standing tumbling, running tumbling, stunts, pyramids, tosses (depending on level) and dance. There is no travel restrictions for our full year elite teams.
Practices for a full year Prep All Star Teams are twice a week with about 4-5 competitions per season. Routines are 2 minutes long which will incorporate athletes to perform jumps, standing tumbling, running tumbling, stunts, pyramids, and dance. Competitions will be held within New York State besides their end of the year competition, The U.S. Finals.
We offer teams for all age groups and levels. Full Year Teams start at 5 years old and go all the way up to adults! Email us if you are interested in seeing the Dynamic Difference at AllStar@DynamicEliteAthletics.com!
